- Passengers must carry an original identification card (Passport, Emirates ID or Driver’s license).
- A minimum of four (4) passengers is required for each sailing. Vessels that are not filled by the minimum general trip number may be rescheduled. The Customer shall always seek to arrange an alternate date and/or time to travel to complete the minimum requirement.
- If passengers run late, ride time will be reduced accordingly.
- Prior booking is required atleast 48 hours in advance.
- A minimum of 48 hours prior notice for reschedule request. (Acceptable for one time reschedule only and subject to availability).
- Cancellation is allowed 48 hours prior to departure date.
- Please note that guests who miss the confirmed scheduled departure shall not be eligible for a reschedule or refund.
